Customer Support Advisor & Call Center Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a polite and energetic Support Advisor to manage our patient communications and call center operations. As the first point of contact for Smile Dental Care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally. - Scheduling patient appointments and sending reminders for upcoming visits. - Answering patient queries regarding dental treatments, pricing, and branch locations. - Managing patient data in our software and maintaining call logs. - Follow-up with patients for post-treatment feedback. - Handling social media messages and comments (if required).
Requirements
Education: - Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience: - 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Front Desk roles. - Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in standard Bangla (Promitobangla). Basic English is required. - Polite, patient, and empathetic attitude. - Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software). - Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple calls.
